GG's Spews and News
One-of-a-Kind,
Interactive, Hyperactive, Retroactive and Radioactive Anti-BS Web Log
Those of you who have been here
before may notice that I am taking a new approach to
making a public record of the mess the Federal EPA, the Virginia Department of
Health, and the sludge companies have
gotten us into. Basically, I'm dividing the website in half.
Previously, I have posted rambling
"spews" by which I have immodestly dominated the conversation on
various issues ranging from Synagro's PR tactics to the history of judicial
decisions on BS in Virginia. I intend to continue this self-absorbed
practice because it is cathartic in a day and age when a little catharsis now
and then really helps.
You can find past, present, and future GG
Spews by hitting the (what else?) Spews link above or to the left.
The new part of the website is a traditional,
give and take, flame-the-devil-out-of-'em blog in which you will have a chance
to cathart a bit too by adding your own content, invective, stories, suggestions,
solutions, and moans. Please, no swear words of less than 5 letters and no
defamatory comments that will get either of us sucked into
court.
Not a single one of you would have noticed,
but I also changed the name of the web site from The Virginia
Gutter Grunt's Anti- Biosolids Movement (A-BM) Web Log to The Gutter Grunt's Anti-BS
Web Site. The primary reason is that I am no longer living in Virginia
and so am not, technically, a Virginia gutter grunt, although my daddy was born
in Hanover County, Virginia and so I will always be a Virginian gutter grunt at
heart. It's just that
the heart is presently physically located in Vancouver, BC with the rest of
me. I
remain, of course, concerned about the spreading of human feces and industrial
products on Virginia's farmlands.
Please join us in this endeavor by
contributing your well-thought out, factual comments, your concerns, and your
questions to the various blog threads that develop in the coming
months. As the blog develops I will be setting up categories of topics
such as technical issues, victim reports, and court cases to
help increase the efficiency of communications.
